THE CHALLENGE

Prepare with purpose.
Start with confidence.

Pre-season can be a valuable opportunity — but only if you use it well.

For many players, winter training becomes a cycle of more nets, more drills and more technical work, without enough thought about what they actually need to be ready for when the season begins.

Others put themselves under pressure to fix everything before the first game.

Good preparation is not about becoming a completely different player before April. It is about becoming clearer on your game, understanding what matters most and using your practice time with purpose.

This workshop will help you approach pre-season with a clearer plan, better focus and greater confidence in the work you are doing.
