As part of the collaboration, Cricket Mind will deliver a complete coaching and player-development programme across the club.
This partnership marks a significant step forward for Mobberley as the club approaches its 150th Anniversary year, and it represents a flagship performance project for Cricket Mind in the North West.

Under this new agreement, Cricket Mind will provide a fully integrated coaching system across all areas of the club, including:
- Senior player coaching & management, including training design and match-day support
- Leadership of the Cheshire Performance Academy, a pathway designed to accelerate high-potential juniors into county age-group and senior cricket
- Structured coaching across junior, senior, and women’s cricket, aligned under one clear philosophy
- Coach recruitment, coordination, and quality assurance, ensuring consistent standards club-wide
- Player mindset & performance support, delivered the Cricket Mind way
- Private 1:1 coaching, small group training, and summer camps, available at the club for players of all ages

Mobberley CC is a club with ambition, a thriving junior section, and a record of investing in long-term progress. The partnership with Cricket Mind allows the club to access elite coaching structures, high-performance training environments, and modern development systems typically found at county or academy level.

- Leadership experience from the England & Wales Cricket Board, including at international level
- High-level coaching qualifications (including the ECB Level 4 Master Coach)

A major part of the partnership is the launch of the Cheshire Performance Academy, a high-performance programme designed by Cricket Mind and Mobberley CC to:

- Provide a professional, structured, long-term pathway
The Academy sits at the heart of the club’s strategy and is fully overseen by Cricket Mind to ensure the highest standards of design, delivery, and player welfare.
