PLAYER WORKSHOPS
Small-group online workshops that help players understand how they prepare, think, and respond in cricket.
A SPACE PLAYERS RARELY GET
Most players spend years working on technique, fitness, and tactics.
Very few are ever given space to talk about:
- How they actually feel when they play
- What goes through their mind before and during games
- How they deal with mistakes, pressure, and expectation
These workshops create that space.
They give players time to slow things down, share experiences, and make sense of the parts of cricket that often stay unspoken — but influence performance every week.
WHAT WE SPEND TIME ON
The focus isn’t on telling players how they should think.
It’s on helping them understand how they already think, and what tends to help or hinder them when they’re out in the middle.
Workshops commonly explore:
- How players prepare themselves for training and matches
- What happens when things don’t go to plan
- Moments where decision-making feels rushed or unclear
- How attention shifts during an innings or a spell
- How players respond to mistakes, setbacks, or big moments
- Ways of keeping things simple without switching off
Nothing is forced. Players can listen, reflect, or contribute — all of that is fine.

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
Player Workshops are delivered online in small groups.
They’re conversational and practical, shaped around real cricket situations rather than slides or lectures.
A typical session lasts around 60 minutes and includes:
- Guided discussion
- Simple reflection tasks
- Shared scenarios players recognise from their own cricket
- A small number of ideas players can take away and try
Workshops can stand alone or form part of a short series, depending on the group and the stage of the season.
WHO WE HELP
Player Workshops are most often delivered for:
- School cricket programmes
- Academies and development groups
- Clubs and representative teams
- Pathway and performance environments
They tend to suit players who:
- Care about their cricket
- Are open to listening and reflecting
- Want to understand themselves a little better as players
PRICING
Workshops are priced per group, with costs varying depending on:
- Group size
- Number of sessions

If you’re unsure what might suit your players, we’re always happy to talk it through.
ONE FINAL THING
These workshops aren’t about hype, quick fixes, or trying to turn players into something they’re not.
They’re about helping players feel more comfortable with the reality of playing cricket — the good days, the difficult ones, and everything in between.
That understanding tends to stay with them long after the session ends.
