The Ludimos Trailblazers programme for the TCA Global Cricket Series in Tobago, 2026, offers a structured international experience built around competitive cricket, strong leadership, and clear developmental intent.
This opportunity is primarily designed for U16 players, while also welcoming interest from U14 and U15 players, and a small number of eligible U17 players.
And that’s why Cricket Mind Online has teamed up with TCA Sports Tours to help provide this international opportunity for young players to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience on a global stage.
What is the Ludimos Trailblazers programme?
The Ludimos Trailblazers is a select, performance-focused squad competing in the TCA Global Cricket Series in Tobago in July 2026.
This is a carefully structured programme, with selection based on:
- Video-based trials
- Balance of roles within the squad
- Playing experience and long-term potential
- Geographic representation
The aim is to bring together a curated group of players who are ready to benefit from an international cricket environment — both on and off the field.
The tour takes place from 10–19 July 2026, with teams competing in a professionally organised, multi-format tournament against school and academy sides from around the world.

The Ludimos Trailblazers squad is led by Dean Headley, former England international and a highly respected figure in player development and high-performance coaching.

About the TCA Global Cricket Series
The TCA Global Cricket Series brings together school and academy teams from across the world to compete in professionally organised, multi-format tournaments.
Across the event, players can expect:

- Live scoring and streaming
- Strong welfare and logistical support
- Cultural and community experiences alongside cricket
It is a demanding but rewarding environment that encourages players to adapt, compete, and learn.
Who is this opportunity for?
This programme is primarily aimed at U16 players, while also welcoming interest from:
U14 and U15 players
Talented U14 and U15 players are encouraged to express interest. Selection will consider readiness, physical maturity, and overall suitability for an international environment.
U17 players (limited places)
Up to four U17 players may be considered provided they do not play representative or county age-group cricket. All U17 places are subject to organiser approval.
Players who are unsure about eligibility are encouraged to get in touch. There may also be alternative tour opportunities available at other age groups.
What’s included — and what to expect
For players who are selected, the total tour cost is £2,495.
This includes:
- A pre-tour team session and practice match
- International flights and all island transport
- Beach-side accommodation
- Official Ludimos Trailblazers playing kit
- Breakfasts and evening meals at the hotel
- Match-day meals
- Island excursions and cultural experiences
- On-ground tournament logistics and welfare support
A £300 deposit is required once selection is confirmed.
This remains a selection-based programme, and application does not guarantee a place.
